MBTA Communities Act Compliance Planning

Westford is rezoning for multi-family housing to comply with the MBTA Communities Act, address the need for more diverse housing types, and revitalize underutilized properties. This interactive Public Workshop will include background information about the MBTA Communities Act, share work on the project to date, and explore options for multi-family zoning in Westford. Much of the meeting time will be dedicated to hands-on design stations. Whether you an expert or know nothing about the MBTA Communities Act, we would love for you to join us.
The event will be hosted in the Stony Brook Middle School auditorium on Oct. 26 at 6:30 p.m.
