Podcasting Workshop for Middle School-Age Students

WestfordCAT’s Podcasting Workshop is a week-long program available for middle school-age students. During the week, students will have the opportunity to choose a topic and create their own podcast using our studio-grade podcasting suite. We will also read from scripts and verbally perform over the microphone. The more technical aspects of creating a podcast, such as recording, editing, and using a camera, will also be covered. By the end of the week, students will even know how to make their very own podcast from home!

Podcasts created by students will be uploaded to WestfordCAT’s YouTube Channel. We will also hold a final screening of their work, to which parents are welcome to attend.
