Special Saturday Book Donation Drop Off

The Friends of the J.V. Fletcher Library’s book donation bin at First Parish Church United will be available to receive donations on Saturday, January 31 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The bin has been moved inside for the winter, just inside the door of the church’s Fellowship Hall, and is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. If these weekday drop-off hours are not convenient for you, consider bringing your items during this special Saturday event.

Another special donation event will be held on Saturday, February 28th from 10 to 2.

The Friends accept hardback and paperback books in gently used condition, DVDs and Blu-ray, music on CDs and vinyl, and audiobooks on CD. We do NOT accept textbooks more than 10 years old, encyclopedias more than 5 years old, VHS or cassette tapes, magazines, and tattered, soiled or mildewed books.
