Several of the area’s Christian centers of worship will offer Christmas Eve services for the public.

The Westford Common will hold an outdoor service and audience-participation caroling, hosted by the Cornerstone Congregational Church. The free event begins at 6 p.m. so dress warm and stay attuned to social distancing guidelines. More information on this event can be found at CCC Facebook page.

If you prefer the warmth and coziness of homebound spiritual comfort, St. Mark’s Episcopal Church will offer its annual Candlelight Service by livestream to augment the in-church option at 75 Cold Spring Road from 4-5 p.m. To find the link visit the St. Mark’s website and follow the tab to “events.”

United Methodist Church of Westford will be reading from Luke 2:1-20 and will also be providing a hybrid option for parishioners. The service will be available in person at the 10 Church St. location or from home via Zoom (Meeting ID: 840 1085 4367, Meeting Password: 598045) as well as online starting at 5 p.m.
