Carlisle Man Admits to Breaking and Entering Tenants’ Home Without Their Consent

Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Carlisle Chief of Police John Fisher have announced that Douglas Stevenson, 58 of Carlisle, was charged with three counts of breaking and entering, accosting and annoying another person, larceny under $1,200, criminal harassment and vandalizing property in connection with breaking and entering his tenant's property in Carlisle.
