WESTFORD — The Routes program is Westford Academy’s Vocational and Transition Program for young adults with disabilities between the ages of 18-22. Routes is designed to assist the students with developing and meeting their goals. These goal areas will typically focus on employment, independent living plans, academic pursuits and personal accomplishments.
