WESTFORD — A vacant restaurant space on Littleton Road was quickly filled one Thai restaurant replaced another.
Praya Thai opened its doors on Jan. 4 at 439 Littleton Rd. after Thai on the Fly announced its abrupt closure on Nov. 9, as only WestfordCAT reported.
Praya Thai’s dining experience promises a “warm and inviting atmosphere” for any occasion. Their dishes are inspired by traditional recipes and modern culinary techniques bringing customers rich and authentic flavors.
Plans for a new Thai restaurant taking over the location were in the works at the time. The previous owners were “confident” that the new restaurant would continue to bring good food and a sense of community.
The new restaurant said on social media it is driven by a passion for bringing good food to the community. Praya Thai was founded on a passion for culinary arts with a “love for cooking and dedication to creating exceptional dining experiences.”
The restaurant is cooking up several dishes including Thai curry, fried rice, Pad Thai, soups and salads. They also have bubble tea and some dessert options as well.
The restaurant offers in-house dining, takeout and delivery every day from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
