WESTFORD — Residents voted in two contested races during this year’s annual town election, including two seats on the Select Board.
Select Board Chair Scott Hazelton and Select Board Member Andrea Peraner-Sweet left their positions on the board, which was met by a multitude of thanks by the community in recent weeks.
Library Trustees Elizabeth “Buffie” Diercks and Glen Secor ran for re-election as their terms expired. Planning Board member Robert “Bob” Shaffer also ran for another term. School Committee members Marisol Garcia and Sean Kelly’s terms also ended this year.
Though official results are unlikely to change the outcomes of these races, these results remain an unofficial tally of each race until the results are certified.
