The National Weather Service in Boston/Norton has issued a winter storm watch for Middlesex County, including Westford, effective from 7 a.m. on Jan. 25 through 7 p.m. on Jan. 26. Forecasters say heavy snow is possible, with projected accumulations ranging from 12 to 24 inches.
Several blocks along Littleton Road (Rt. 110) in Westford lost power Thursday morning, after a van crashed head-on into a utility pole, causing the pole to fall down.
