The following information was provided by the Westford Police Department. Anyone arrested is considered innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.
Jan. 19, 10:31 p.m. – Melvin Gibbs, 30, of 452 Westminster Hill Rd. in Fitchburg was arrested following a motor vehicle stop at the corner of Boston Road and I-495 Southbound.
Gibbs had a warrant out for his arrest on unspecified charges.
Jan. 20, 4:30 p.m. – Timothy Wilkins, 42, of 1500 Varnum Ave. in Lowell was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Littleton Road.
Wilkins had a warrant out for his arrest on unspecified charges.
Jan. 22, 6:44 p.m. – Singh Malwinder, 42, of 96 Indian Ridge Terr. in Westford was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Broadway Street.
Malwinder was charged with alleged marked lane violations, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor (second offense)
Jan. 23, 5:36 p.m. – Shannon Conroy, 43, of 11 Oak Rd. in Westford was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Oak Hill Road.
Conroy was charged with alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs and marked lane violations.
Jan. 24, 1:37 a.m. – James Tincknell, 21, of 9 Joyce Cir. in Westford was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, marked lane violations and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
