Guest speaker and master gardener, Betty Sanders, spoke to Garden Clubs members on February 6th about lifecycle gardening — how to reconfigure gardens as ones’ lives and interests change.
Sanders spoke about the importance of good soil, water conservation, and organic, non-toxic gardening methods.
The prior program in January was about Ticks and Lyme Disease and was presented by Sandra Bonzagni. Next up, “Birds of Prey” with Julie Ann Collier.
Guests are welcome to come and learn about owls, hawks, and falcons on March 6, 9:30 a.m. at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 75 Cold Spring Road.
