WESTFORD — The Zoning Board of Appeals is scheduled to meet on Wednesday night – here’s what to expect.
Residents may participate by attending the meeting in person in the Town Hall. Residents may request special accommodations to participate under the Americans with Disabilities Act by contacting the Town Manager’s Office at 978-692-5501 ex. 1.
There is no option to participate remotely. Residents who wish to submit written comments may do so via email by 4 p.m.
Those who wish to tune in may watch the meeting on YouTube after it concludes, Comcast channel 9, Verizon channel 34 or via Castus.
The meeting may also be accessed via WestfordCAT’s app, which can be downloaded from the App Store, Google Play Store and Roku.

The board’s agenda is subject to change ahead of the meeting.
On the docket:
A public hearing will be held to consider an application for the construction of an addition to 262 Groton Road, a BP gas station. The project would include a Special Permit application to extend a pre-existing, nonconforming use for motor vehicle services.
The board will hear an update regarding the Affordable Homes Act and its impact on accessory dwelling unit allowances and discuss the Special Town Meeting warrant.
Additional public hearings are scheduled, including:
- 22 North Hill Rd. for the construction of an accessory dwelling unit.
- 122 Main St. for the construction of an accessory dwelling unit.
- 123 Oak Hill Rd. for a dog daycare.
