WESTFORD — Commuters can expect some delays Tuesday as Town Farm Road will be closed at its railroad crossing for maintenance.
The Westford Police Department alerted residents on Monday via social media.
The department says the road will close at 8 a.m. on Tuesday and is scheduled to reopen at 7 a.m. on Wednesday.
“The time frame of work is subject to change and the roadway maybe opened prior to this, or the closure maybe extended,” the department said.
Residents who need to access Milot Road or The Mill Works are encouraged to enter Town Farm Road from Pine Street.
The department said Dee Bus has altered its routes in advance of the closure.
Westford Police officers will be on site to assist with traffic.
