The Westford Academy Boys’ Varsity Soccer team drew a 1-1 tie against Lowell’s Red Raiders last Thursday, bringing its season record to 0-1-1. The first half was dominated by the Ghosts, with sophomore Russell Coward giving WA a lead. In the second half, Lowell scored the equalizer, the game’s tying goal. The Ghosts’ next match was against Waltham High School Hawks on Monday, September 14, at 4 p.m. at Waltham High School. Look to the Westford Villager for results in an upcoming issue.
