WESTFORD – A Jersey Mike’s location unveiled in Westford on Wednesday, Oct. 28, just off Littleton Rd. at the Westford Valley Marketplace.
Jersey Mike’s is a sub sandwich franchise with over 2,000 locations open nationwide. It is one of the fastest-growing restaurant chains in the U.S. and has been consistently growing over the past 20 years, even during the COVID pandemic.
The restaurant began at the Jersey Shore in 1956 and serves “authentic East Coast-style subs on fresh-baked bread” according to its official Yelp page. Its mission is “to bring customers the highest quality, freshest made sub in the industry and give back to the communities in which it operates.”
Members from local independent radio station The River 92.5 were also invited to play music on hand from 12 to 2 p.m. to celebrate the grand opening.
