Emerson Hospital has announced allergist Dr. Priyal Amin has come on board at their Westford facility and is now accepting patients as a member of their Allergy West program inside their facility at the corner of Littleton and Nixon roads.

Board-certified in internal medicine and board-eligible in allergy and immunology, Dr. Amin graduated from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency in internal medicine at North Shore University Hospital, New York. She completed her fellowship training in allergy and immunology at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
In Westford, she’ll seek to treat children and adults with asthma, seasonal allergies, food, drug and metal allergies, eczema, chronic urticaria/hives and angioedema.
“I enjoy seeing patients of all ages. I like to work with patients and their families to implement allergen avoidance measures and discuss with them disease modifying and preventative strategies,” says Dr. Amin.
In addition to her expertise with allergies, Dr. Amin is also fluent in Hindi and Gujarti.
“I am very excited to have Dr. Amin join us at Allergy West,” says Allergy West’s Dr. Sara Narayan. “Her pleasant and calm demeanor with patients and superb clinical skills are a great addition to our staff.”
