The following information came from the Westford Police Department. Anyone arrested is considered innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.
Oct. 5, 5:42 p.m. – Joseph Powers, 58, of 90 Webber St. in Lowell was arrested following a motor vehicle crash on Flagg Road.
Powers was charged with alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence (second offense), negligent operation of a motor vehicle, marked lane violations and possession of an open alcohol container within a vehicle.
Oct. 5, 8:06 p.m. – Cameron Roper, 19, of 38 Old Farm Way in Ayer was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Groton Road.
Roper was charged with alleged possession of Class C and D drugs, intent to distribute Class C and D drugs, driving without possession of a license, driving at night without lights, and driving with a cracked windshield.
