WESTFORD — The town reminded residents that fourth quarter real estate tax bills for Fiscal Year 2025 are due May 1.
The bills were included in the December mailing, according to the town. Real estate taxes are due quarterly on the first business day of August, November, February and May.
The first- and second-quarter bills are sent in June, while the third- and fourth-quarter bills are sent in December.
To avoid demand fees and interest, residents should pay by the due date.
Payment options are:
- Online: Here.
- By mail: Send a check to Tax Collector’s Office, 55 Main St.
- Drop-off: Use the locked drop box located outside Town Hall, on the left side of the driveway
- In person: Visit the Tax Collector’s Office during operating hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Tuesday: 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
