WESTFORD CENTER The Town of Westford has appointed Eric Du as its new operations analyst, bringing a decade of experience in financial and operational analysis across nonprofit, healthcare, manufacturing and other organizations.

According to the town, Du has experience improving operational efficiency, streamlining reporting, developing performance dashboards and supporting data-driven decision-making. His background includes budgeting, forecasting, business intelligence, process improvement, key performance indicator development and data analytics.

In his new role, Du will support strategic operational initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, identifying cost-saving opportunities and promoting the town’s long-term financial sustainability. He will also help enhance Westford’s Pay-As-You-Throw solid waste program by using data analysis to improve operations.

“I’m excited to join the Town of Westford and contribute to initiatives that improve services for residents while helping the Town make informed, data-driven decisions,” Du said in a statement. “I look forward to collaborating with staff across departments and supporting projects that have a meaningful impact on the community.”
