Nashoba Squirt AA

The Squirt AA team skated to yet another victory this weekend.  The Grizzlies beat a tough Concord Carlisle team 9-2 on Saturday at the Bedford Edge.  Tyler Olsen had himself a day starting the scoring with a goal in the first assisted by Mike Blake.  Olsen would score again in the first again assisted by Blake. Concord-Carlisle would answer with a goal on Tyler Santosuosso.  Still in the first, Blake got into the scoring action, assisted by Benjamin Svaboda ending the period 3 to 1.  In the second period Svoboda would score assisted by Olsen, again concord-Carlisle would answer with a goal.  It would be Concord-Carlisle last as Swaz stood on his head and stopped 14 shots with the help of the awesome defensewoman Zoe Musante and Riley Molongoski.  Goalie Luke Buretta who skated out for the game scored his first goal assisted by Charlie Bonenfant.    The last goal of the game was scored by, you guessed it, Tyler Olsen who earned himself a hat trick.  Olsen again was assisted by Blake who earned himself a playmaker for the game. The Grizzlies will face Concord-Carlisle again in the state playdowns in November.
