Nashoba Valley Technical High School will again host Dome
Ball this winter.

Dome Ball is an indoor baseball-skills clinic held for six Sundays —
Jan. 9, Jan. 16, Jan. 23, Feb. 6, Feb. 20 and Feb. 27, from noon to 2
p.m., at Nashoba Tech’s renovated, state-of-the-art gymnasium. It is
geared toward children ages 7-12.

Nashoba Tech baseball coach Pat Miele will help children work on
fundamental offense and defense skills during the first hour of each
clinic, then they’ll apply them in the second hour in a game played
inside the gym. There will also be a special session at Game Time
Sports and Fitness in Lowell.

Children should bring a glove and athletic wear. There will be a
brief informational meeting for parents at the start of the first
session on Jan. 25.

The cost is $70 for all six sessions. In the event of snow,
additional Sundays will be added. For more information, contact Miele
at pmiele@nashoba.tec.ma.us or 978-692-4711, ext. 4105. Proceeds
benefit the Nashoba Tech baseball team.
