WESTFORD—Bridges by EPOCH at Westford will host the lunch and learn, “Proactive Brain Health” at the Cameron Senior Center on Friday, June 10 at noon. Learn tips and healthy habits on maintaining a healthy brain and potentially reducing the risk of cognitive decline in older adults at risk for cognitive impairment.

For individuals living with memory impairment, nontraditional therapies can be a beneficial way to aid memory while reducing agitation. Such holistic treatments include art, music and storytelling therapy as well as aromatherapy, massage and pet therapy.
