GLHA Community Comes Together to Celebrate LGTBQ Pride 2016

Lowell’s first official Pride event will be a family-friendly picnic in Boarding House Park (40 French Street, Lowell) on Sunday, June 26, from 12pm to 3pm.  The event will include musical entertainment, arts & crafts, kids games, snacks, vendors, and resources.

 

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own picnic foods, lawn chairs, and blankets. No alcohol is permitted on the grounds.

The Greater Lowell Health Alliance of the Community Health Network Area 10 is comprised of healthcare providers, business leaders, educators, civic and community leaders with a common goal to help the Greater Lowell community identify and address its health and wellness priorities. The LGBTQ Subcommittee focuses on needs and concerns of the Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer community.
