Westford Health Director, Jeff Stephens, talks with WestfordCAT’s Patty Stocker about step one of the second phase of reopening after the COVID-19 shutdown. He discusses how the health and building departments in town, as well as the Planning Board, Police and Fire Departments are aiding local restaurants with outdoor seating plans. Stephens and his Health Department staff members are also preparing to open recreational programs and kids’ camps and as the summer weather brings more people outside, Stephens gives advice on staying safe.
