Good Pickin’ Farm Baahmaste Goat Yoga

Not your traditional yoga class 🐐!

Goat yoga is a great way to get out of your head, try something new and interact with silly, adorable goats!

Our class will combine the known therapeutic effects of spending time with animals with the physical and mental benefits of yoga.

Think of it as an animal therapy assisted yoga class!

During class, we will move through a yoga sequence designed to complement the goats wandering freely around as they nuzzle, cuddle or maybe even jump up on you.

We will finish with time for extra cuddles and pictures. DON’T FORGET TO TAG US IN THEM. #goodpickinfarm

Tip: if you’re planning your day around the Goat Yoga class, you may want to change your clothes afterward if going out.
