Substance Abuse Prevention Week Activities
Join the Health Department on October 8th at 6PM, at the Stony Brook Middle School Auditorium for a drug education program. WASA will share their display called “In Plain Site” which demonstrates how easy it is for students to hide drug paraphernalia, cigarettes and drugs. At 6:30PM there will be a showing of the ½ hour movie “IF ONLY”. This movie about drug abuse, and its impact on our students, family and the community, was produced by Mark Walberg Productions and filmed in Tewksbury. The movie will be followed by a discussion from Lowell House about opioids and training on the administration of the life saving drug Narcan.
