Fresh Starts for 2016 – Learn the advantages of juicing.  Using only fresh ingredients you will learn how to take advantage of all the nutrients in our fruits and vegetables.  A great way to sneak in veggies and fruit into your most finicky eaters.  $4 material fee at class.  $32/$29, Wednesday, Jan. 20 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

Nimble & Nifty Over 50 – Designed for the 55 and over person looking for a fun fitness environment.  Build strength, balance, coordination and muscle all in a small group setting.  Fridays, Jan. 22 to Feb. 26, 9:15 to 10:15 a.m.  $53/$50.

Shrink, Shape and Stretch – Stay active in the circuit class that combines easy to follow moves for your cardio health, resistance exercise for your muscles, and stretching for flexibility and balance.  Every exercise has a modification suitable for all levels.  Work at your own pace.  Fridays, Jan. 19 to Feb. 23, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. $53/$50.

RoudenbushTabata – A high intensity interval training that offers more health benefits and fat loss than traditional cardiovascular exercise.  It’s short, efficient and can fit in almost any fitness program.  Wednesday, Jan. 20 to Feb. 24, 6:30 to 7:20 p.m.   $81/$78

Yoga Pilates Combo – Class combines the stability from Pilates with the stretch, focus and balance of a yoga practice. It will have a yoga pace with incorporating Pilates to develop shoulder, core and pelvic stability.  Leave feeling stronger, taller and centered.  Tuesdays, Jan. 5 to Feb. 23, 7 to 8 p.m., $108/$105.

Pilates Mat Class – A blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking.  Mondays, Jan. 25 to Feb. 29, 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.   $68/$65

Co-Ed Adult Pick Up Basketball – Play basketball in a fun, friendly environment this winter in the Roudy Gym.  Thursdays thru June 9.  8:30 to 10 p.m.  $100/$103

Group Conditioning – A complete workout set to music, designed to strengthen all the major muscle groups in the body, while boosting metabolism and leaving you stronger.  Bring water, towel, mat and hand weights.  Thursday, Jan. 28 to Mar. 10, 9:10 to 10:00 a.m.  $75/$72

I Ate What? (Ages 3 to 6 Drop Off Class) – Over the course of six weeks we will create an array of snacks, desserts and entrees that disguise vegetables and fruit into delectable treats.  By the end of this class your child will be saying “more carrots please”.  $5 material fee at first class.  Wednesdays, Jan. 20 to Feb. 24, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.  $78/$75.

Tiny Chefs (Ages 4 to 7) – Give your little ones the skills to make simple foods, learn to measure, to share, and to have whole lot of fun!  Kids will create a different project for every week and will receive their recipe book and chef’s hat.  $8 material fee at first class.  Fridays, Jan. 22 to Feb. 26.  10 to 11 a.m.  $78/$75.

Toddler Bop (Ages 2.5 to 3.5 with caregiver) – Class provides an enjoyable way for young children to develo0p their physical skills, channel their energy, stimulate their imagination and promote creativity.  Boys and girls are taught freestyle and organized dance moves.  Mondays, Jan. 25 to Feb. 22, 9:30 to 10:05 a.m.  $48/$45

Lego Creative Building (Ages 5+) – Given basic challenges and encouragement to build creatively in a hands on environment, children will learn about basic engineering principles as well as friction, simple levers, motion and momentum.  Team building will be encouraged.  Tuesdays, Jan. 19 to Mar. 1, 4:00 to 5:30 p.m.  $102/$99.

Children’s Art Classes with Mary Jane Brunelle – Grades K thru 7, Mondays thru Thursdays 4:15 to 5:30 p.m.  All levels, ages.  Explore colored pencils, brush and ink, clay, paints, and watercolor markers in these fun art classes.  Learn to draw animals, people, buildings, and other assorted subjects while learning several drawing and painting techniques.  Bring a smock or large shirt. Watercolor Painting for Adults (all levels) – Through demos and exercises, you will explore wet on wet, dry brush, washes, the color wheel, color mixing, dropping in colors, texture, shadows, negative painting and more.  First session “New England Harbors” begins Tuesdays, Jan. 26 to Mar. 1, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.  $124/$121.  See website for more descriptions.
