Bill Taffel sits down with WestfordCAT News Director Joyce Pellino Crane to explain his citizen petition that would initiate installing a traffic light in the town center. Learn why he believes time is of the essence.

Taffel’s petition will appear as Article 9 on the annual Town Meeting warrant. The request is for a $55K appropriation to fund a feasibility study for a traffic light at the intersection of Main Street and Boston Road.
