Westford Public Health Nurse, Gail Johnson, speaks with WestfordCAT’s Patty Stocker to give an update on how the Westford Health Department is handling COVID-19 case investigations and the latest methods of contact tracing. “If you get tested and are positive for COVID, it goes into the state’s database”, said Johnson. “I then open that case up and then I start my case investigation.”

Johnson also touches on the difference between molecular and antigen testing and why the idea of isolating is different from quarantining. She also gives the specifics on flu shot clinics in Westford.
