Meet Bentley, a 9 year old domestic shorthair, who was surrendered to the Lowell Humane Society after his family moved and a member in their new home was allergic to cats. Described by shelter staff as a handsome boy with a beautiful gray coat and multicolored specklings, Bentley would do best in a quiet home with no other pets.
“He is a gentle giant”, says the Lowell Humane Society’s Communications and Fundraising Manager, Crystal Arnott. “He’s a pretty mellow cat. He likes to do his own thing. He’s not overly affectionate but likes to cuddle up right next to you and sit on the couch with you and snuggle up in bed while you’re chilling and relaxing….maybe a quiet couple that just wants somebody to hang out with them in the evening while they are reading or watching T.V.”
Bentley is available now for adoption through the Lowell Humane Society. Interested adopters can call the shelter at 978-452-7781 or email info@lowellhumanesociety.org to schedule an appointment to meet him.
