WESTFORD — Scooby Doo, a 2-year-old male Shepherd mix is this week’s Adoptable Pet of the Week.
“He’s very good at being self-occupied,” Emilia, a volunteer with the Lowell Humane Society told WestfordCAT. “He loves to collect things, he is a collector for sure.”
She added,” on walks, he’ll collect rocks and we won’t even notice. He’s a rock collector and a random item collector.”
She says she believes these items act as a “pacifier” for Scooby Doo.
“He doesn’t show any aggression towards it, doesn’t try to eat them or destroy them. He’s just a fun boy that likes to play.”
