April 24, 1:20 a.m. – An officer was driving down Littleton Road when he saw a man walking toward Chelmsford. The man was walking home from work. He had no warrants for his arrest and was transported to his home.

April 24, 5:12 p.m. – Police were sent to Public Storage on Littleton Road after reports of an angry customer.

The customer was in the parking lot and said she had been a customer for three years and was upset about the condition of her storage unit.

Then the officer talked to an employee saying that the customer was behaving aggressively and started screaming once he recommended that she call her insurance company regarding the items inside the unit.

Before, the customer said that the insurance company would not help her, although the employee advised her to contact the insurance company again. At this point, the customer said the employee should call the insurance company.

The employee said that he would provide a $75 credit, but she would just not stop screaming.

From here, the officer returned to the customer. The customer asked the officer to look at her unit with her.

Damage was observed according to the officer’s account, and she was advised to take pictures for her insurance company.

April 26, 11:30 a.m. – An officer was called after reports of 15 soccer players drinking in the parking lot at the Nutting Road soccer fields.

The players were discovered, they had just finished a game, but they were not seen drinking.

April 26, 11:10 p.m. – There were reports of a suspicious vehicle heading down Trailside Way toward Kennedy Pond.

An officer arrived in the area and began to drive onto a dirt road off Trailside Way heading to Kennedy Pond.

The driver of the vehicle was discovered in the area and the officer smelled fresh marijuana coming from the vehicle as he approached it on foot.

The driver was asked about the odor and he said he had smoked in the past, but that currently he was just drawing pictures.

A check of the driver’s license showed that his license had been suspended a month earlier and he had not paid a seatbelt violation. Another officer arrived and saw a joint of marijuana in the vehicle.

The driver was issued a citation for the marijuana and the vehicle was towed, as the road was posted as off-limits after dark.

However, since he was not seen driving, he was not arrested.
