The Friends of the J.V. Fletcher Library will be holding a book sale on Saturday, Oct. 17 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday, Oct. 18 from 2 to 4 p.m.
On Friday, Oct. 16 there will be an preview sale exclusively for all members of the Friends of the J.V. Fletcher Library from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
The sale will include over 10,000 books plus CDs, cassettes, LPs/vinyl, audio books, DVDs and videos. Regular prices are 50 cents and up for paperbacks and $1 and up for hardcover books.
On Sunday, all materials will be half off.
All proceeds go toward the library, anyone interested in donating unwanted books, audio and video materials can drop off materials at the left hand door just inside the library’s rear entrance or the collection box near the entrance.
Tax deduction forms are available at the library’s main desk, and donations are essential for the event to take place, as approximately 95 percent of all materials in previous sales have come directly from Westford residents.
