On Tuesday morning, the Westford Police Department issued a statement announcing that a dangerousness hearing will be held for Isiah Lyons of Lowell on Thursday, Sept. 24
Until that time, he will be held at Middlesex County Jail. After the arrest, he was brought to Lowell General Hospital for non-life threatening injuries following a car crash.
Lyons, 20, was arrested on Monday after a car chase beginning in Westford, heading into Littleton and coming back into Westford, where he allegedly attempted to kill a police officer with his vehicle.
