The following information came from the Westford Police Department. Anyone arrested is innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.Â
Nov. 15, 7:14Â p.m. –Â Rose Silveria, 53, of 111 N. Main St. in Westford was arrested following a motor vehicle violation on Groton Road.
Silveria was charged with alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor and possession of an open container of alcohol inside a motor vehicle.
Nov. 15, 8:57 p.m. –Â Alfredo Aburto Garcia, 38 of 105 E. Pleasant St. in Lawrence was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Littleton Road.
Aburto-Garcia was charged with alleged failure to appear upon personal recognizance and operation of a vehicle while unlicensed.
