Over the first two months of 2016, 32 homes sold throughout Westford for a combined $12,274,046.
The most expensive house sold during that time frame was 11 Shipley Circle, which went for $775,000. On the other end of the spectrum, 21 Whispering Pines Rd. went for $179,000.
Among the 32 homes sold, the average selling price was $395,937.
LAER Realty Partners led the way with 13 sales, followed by Coldwell Banker – Westford and Westford Real Estate Inc., each recording four sales a piece.
