A group of residents coined “Arciero’s elves” assemble gift baskets for the upcoming Jim Arciero/Lowell Sun Santa Toys for Tots Fundraiser. And a group of parents blast town officials for the lay off of two coaches for the Westford-Littleton Community Crew program.
