The Willows restaurant at 75 Brookside Road was extensively damaged on July 21 when the building caught fire just before 2 a.m. Nine firefighters, six engines and a ladder truck responded. Mutual aid came from Tyngsborough, Nashua, Chelmsford, Littleton and Trinity Ambulance.
When engine 4 arrived at the scene, firefighters encountered smoke coming from the rear of the restaurant. Crews entered the building and knocked the fire down, according to a Fire Department report.
No one was injured, according to the report. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
