Westford Man Charged With Alleged Counterfeiting

The following information came from the Westford Police Department. Anyone arrested is considered innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law. 

Sept. 10, 3:54 p.m. – Justin Harvey, 18, of 36 Bridge St. in Nashua,NH was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Littleton Road.

21Jul14 Westford Police LogoHarvey had a straight warrant out for his arrest for several previous offenses not specified.

Sept. 11, 4:06 p.m. – Alex John Montemurro, 22, of 1 Hunt Rd. in Westford was arrested following reports of counterfeiting on Littleton Road.

Montemurro was charged with alleged possession of a counterfeit note and uttering a counterfeit note.
