WESTFORD — A man is facing charges after an incident involving a firearm at The Mill Works.
Westford Police confirmed they were conducting an investigation into a disturbance that happened Sunday Afternoon in a post on social media.
Jose A. Mow, 34, of Boston, is facing six charges including possession of a firearm without a license, assault with a dangerous weapon and disturbing a public assembly.
Westford Police Department Capt. James Peloquin confirmed that Mow will be arraigned at Ayer District Court on Monday morning.
“Due to the arrest and formal charges pending this morning we will be reaching out the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office to see if they will be releasing an official statement,” Peloquin wrote in an email to WestfordCAT.
